Arrival at your hotel in the Monschau area.
Learn more about the nature in the Eifel region on a walk through the National Park accompanied by a forest guide. The path leads you across the Dreiborn plateau to Wollseifen and return. Alternatively we offer a carriage ride. Afterwards you continue to the parade ground „Vogelsang, which impresses from an ecological and historical point of view. A special tour gives you an in-depth tour of the site and insight into various historic buildings.
Start the next day with a cruise of Lake Rur. Enjoy the scenery in the middle of the Eifel National Park. Afterwards you continue to Monschau. Have a coffee in one of the numerous cafés at the market square or walk along the Rur. In the afternoon enjoy a classic guided tour of Monschau. Be impressed of the historic old town with its romantic timbered facades and countless listed buildings.
Today you will enjoy a day trip to Belgium. Start with a visit to the chocolate museum Jacques. Explore the production hall and the company museum (payment on the spot). Afterwards continue to Liege. The old town is characterized by numerous medieval monuments. Learn more about the city during a drive with the rambling train! The afternoon is for leisure time.
Before you start your homeward journey we recommend a stop in Aachen. Enjoy a guided city tour and learn more about the 2.000-year-old history of Aachen.
