Start with a city tour of Hamburg. Afterwards you have free time in Hamburg. In the evening we recommend to admire the light art of Blue Port Hamburg. More than 100 objects shine during the cruise days in a magically blue light in and around the port of Hamburg.
Spend the day on your own at the Hamburg Cruise Days. Around 11 cruises will arrive at the port during the weekend. Various themed islands along the four-kilometre event miles make the cruise feeling an experience for visitors on land. In the evening the Hamburg Cruise Days parade takes place, where some cruises are adopted by a firework.
Another must see is Hamburg´s Fish Market. People get up early in the morning to ensure they get a good choice. Whether fish, fruit, flowers, vegetables or clothes, anything can be bought on the stands lined up along the open space to the Elbe´s harbour basin. We also recommend combining the visit with a fish market brunch in the fish auction hall.
